It's the world's busiest airport, and, via their Opening Day Fresh program, they state that they want to be one of the cleanest.  It looks like they are making some headway.

After traveling the wide world, and seeing that the Atlanta airport is up against other airports with whole cultures behind their cleanliness efforts, the quest to be one of the worlds most spic-n'-span public facilities seemed like a very big order to fill.  However, actually visiting the facility recently was encouraging.

It seems that the folks running Hartsfied Jackson are working hard to reach the hearts and minds of passengers by entertaining them into helping keep the airport really tidy.

We heard very familiar songs over the PA system--familiar musically but with new cleanliness lyrics.  Verrrry interesting; but not stupid!
